Shipping & Delivery
Every card is built, programmed and tested in New Delhi before it leaves us, so it arrives ready to tap.
Delhi NCR — usually the same day
Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad: most orders are delivered the same day, often in person, with setup and a quick demo for your staff.
Rest of India — usually 2 days
We courier from New Delhi to every state and union territory. Most orders arrive within 2 days. Remote places — the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Ladakh in winter, and some hill and North-East areas — can take longer.
Outside India — usually 3–5 business days
We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, the UAE, Australia and other countries by express courier from New Delhi. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days plus customs clearance. Shipping is charged once per parcel, however many cards are inside — see the price on your USA, UK, Canada, Europe, UAE or Australia page. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country’s customs and are paid on delivery.
Before we send it
You approve your page preview first, then we program the NFC chip and QR code and test the card on iPhone and Android.
Delays or problems
If your card hasn’t arrived when expected, message us on WhatsApp and we will track it for you.
Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Usually the same day in Delhi NCR and 2 days elsewhere in India. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Do you deliver outside Delhi?
Yes — to all 28 states and the union territories. See our Across India page for your state.
Will the card work as soon as it arrives?
Yes. We program and test every card before it leaves us.
