Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order or use a TapStar card. We have kept them short and clear.
Our services
TapStar India supplies NFC Google review cards, All-in-One NFC business cards with a business page, and NFC wedding invitation cards with a wedding e-invite page. Prices are shown on our price page and are one-time — there is no monthly fee.
How ordering works
You tell us what you need on WhatsApp or through our order form. We answer your questions, show you a demo and build a preview of your page. Nothing is printed or charged until you approve it.
Payment
Customers in India pay by UPI, and customers outside India pay by PayPal, after you have seen and approved your preview. We deliberately do not take online payment on the website: every customer has questions, wants to see a demo, and should see their own page before paying — so payment comes last.
Delivery
Outside India, prices are shown in your local currency on your country page, shipping is charged per parcel, and any import duties or taxes are paid on delivery. Delivery is explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy: usually the same day in Delhi NCR, and usually 2 days elsewhere in India.
Your page and content
You are responsible for the details, logos and links you ask us to show, and for having the right to use them. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful. Your Google review link is managed by us so it can’t be changed by mistake.
Editing access
All-in-One card owners receive a card number and PIN to edit their page at tapstarindia.com/edit. Keep your PIN private. If you think someone else knows it, message us and we will reset it.
Genuine reviews only
TapStar cards make it easy for real customers to leave their own Google reviews. You agree not to use your card to buy, write, filter or reward reviews. TapStar India is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Keeping your card working
We do not charge any subscription to keep your card working. Your page depends on services such as Google, WhatsApp and our hosting providers; if one of them changes, we will do our reasonable best to keep your card working.

Our responsibility
If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the card concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
